BEGINNER LESSON
ESSENTIALS FOR A LESSON
What to bring with you:
Wetsuit - Full length wetsuit for cooler months, spring wetsuit for warmer weather. But, we do have women's wetsuits to use for the lesson.
Bright colour t-shirt - high visibility in water
Sunscreen - 50 plus high water resistance. We always have sunscreen on hand though.
Hat
Water bottle
Towel
Medications - please bring along your medications (for example for asthma, diabetes etc), and make us aware of them and your action plan for your safety.

Sunday morning
9.30am -10.30am
Twilight (1:6)
Thursday evening
6.15pm - 7.30pm
Note: not suitable for a beginner paddler - for students who have completed the Initial lesson.
