We know everyone can have fun and get fit and strong engaging in SUP.
For women, SUP can help build core strength and balance. Plus, SUP can provide opportunities to obtain overall fitness and strength with the extra benefit of paddling with friends.
We also know, Pilates is very popular for the same reasons.
So - PPB is currently piloting a group programme for women to improve fitness, and strength through group SUP sessions and SUP specific pilates classes.
We are excited to partner with Lizzie van Dongen - accredited Pilates instructor and physiotherapist - to test this programme with the aim of offering a package to intermediate students soon.
