'I love the experience of standing on water! Looking down at the sand below, fish darting, the glitter of sun on the water. That crisp Tassie wind and blue sky surrounding you as you glide the paddle through the water.'
'I always feel at one with the elements. It clears my mind and allows me to think.
Ask anyone who SUPs about the benefits from paddling – fitness, strength, balance, well being and fun. I have been hearing this for years, and now this is backed up by evidence of the health and wellbeing benefits of SUP.'
'To enjoy SUP you need to know technique so you can increase your confidence in the water and get the most fun out of your SUP experience. I will help you achieve your goals in a personalised lesson.'
I look forward to meeting you soon.
